Chrysten was born in Australia in 1997, and after a difficult childhood, she left home at the age of 16, completing her VCE and continuing on to complete a Bachelor of Business at RMIT majoring in Human Resources.

Working straight out of University, Chrysten went on to build a career in Human Resources starting in the Disability and Home Care sector going on to manage employment relations, recruitment and payroll. 

Throughout her career, Chrysten has worked with some of the largest age care, entertainment and industrial supply partners in Victoria, giving her a wealth of knowledge and experience in many different sectors, all while absorbing how businesses make decisions to improve their future outlook.

In 2022, Chrysten became disenfranchised with the way Australians were being treated, and the direction Victoria was headed. This pushed her to put her hand up to run in the Federal Election in the seat of Flinders for The Liberal Democrats. 

Although unsuccessful, Chrysten continued to put her hat in the ring in an attempt to be the difference she wished to see in Government, running in the 2022 State Election for Frankston, and the 2024 Dunkley by-election, falling short both times.

In her spare time, Chrysten has a passion for helping those who need assistance with business and jobs, creating resumes, fighting to help those who have been underpaid by their employers, consulting on contract reviews, and giving advice to business owners in relation to Employment Law and Award rates to keep them protected.
