01 How to fix Frankston
What's the plan
Prioritise the critical issues.
When a patient arrives in a critical condition, you do not start by fixing the broken arm while ignoring the fact they may not survive. You identify what is life-threatening, stabilise the patient, prioritise the most critical problems, and then work through what needs to be repaired.
Government needs to do the same. Too many of the basics are under pressure. We cannot keep treating symptoms while ignoring the cause.

DR ABC
Diagnose. Respond.
Accountability. Bring The Change.
Community Strength.
DIAGNOSE
Diagnose the problems causing the greatest harm.
Identify the root cause.
Prioritise the critical issues first.
RESPOND
Respond to the cause, not just the symptoms.
Practical solutions before politics and headlines.
Direct money and resources where they will make the biggest difference.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Measure government by results.
Track every dollar, reprioritise spending and cut unnecessary bureaucracy.
Hold the public servants accountable.
BRING THE CHANGE
Fix the basics — roads, healthcare, safety and homelessness.
Back you, small businesses, skills and the future.
Common sense long-term improvements.
COMMUNITY STRENGTH
Frankston ahead of party politics.
Community-led solutions.
Return to local pride, opportunity and stronger communities.
More ambition. More accountability. More urgency. More pride in the places we call home. And more belief in what Frankston and Victoria can become.
For too long, people have been told to accept less.
To accept roads that keep getting worse. Services
that keep getting harder to access. Growing
pressure on individuals and families. Rising
homelessness. More bureaucracy. More spending.
More excuses.
Chrysten does not accept that this is simply the
way things have to be. She believes government
should work for people. It should solve problems,
protect what matters, spend wisely, get the basics
right and leave the communities stronger than it
found them.
That is the standard we should demand. Because
we deserve better. We demand better. We
CAN do
better.
